Where can I get a discount?

Orders can take up to one week for processing. Shipments take 5-7 days for delivery. Carrier delays may impact the timing of your delivery.  

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. We encourage you to track your package for the most up-to-date information.

*Please note that orders submitted after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day (M-F). Shipments are not processed on the weekend. Once your order has been shipped, we rely on our carriers (DHL & FedEx) to ensure timely delivery.

When will I get my order?

Yes! We include samples with each order. Samples are subject to availability.  We are not able to accommodate requests for specific samples.
 
If you are new to the line or looking to explore new products we recommend starting out with one of our discovery sets: The Jewel Box, The Royal Skin Discovery Edit, The Mighty Majesty Hair Discovery Edit or The Royal Trio Set. Each of these sets contain deluxe mini versions of our most popular products. It is a great way to explore our products before choosing to purchase your favorites in full size.
