All of our products are made in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained. Your satisfaction is important to us. Purchases made on ranavat.com are eligible for exchange or return with store credit only within 30 days of receipt. 

Product must be new or gently used; please retain the green outer packaging for safe transport. Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

We unfortunately do not accept international returns. 

Sets, deluxe minis and ritual accessories are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
